Jared Everton has been successfully advocating for the disabled and injured for more than a decade. What sets him apart is his genuine personal interest in his clients’ best interests and well-being.

He has a passion for assisting individuals in obtaining redress for their injuries under the law. He has extensive experience litigating such matters in various Arizona state courts and federal courts. Mr. Everton also represents individuals seeking social security disability benefits through the appeals process.

Jared has been named to the Arizona Rising Stars list as a prominent up-and-coming attorney in Arizona for 2012, 2013 and 2014. No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Arizona are selected by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this honor annually.

Jared graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in the Russian language. He then attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and the Arizona State University College of Law. Jared earned his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2001. During law school, Jared was a member of Law Review and the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Legal Writing and Research.

Jared is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Prior to going into private practice in 2001, Jared interned for Senator John McCain in Washington D.C.
